Farringdon Point

A demanding, high quality 3 storey residential development sitting atop an existing 1970’s built 5 storey complex of occupied commercial and office premises in central London. All offices and licensed premises at street level remained occupied and fully operational during this work.

Saper Glass provided the following elements on the project;

Kawneer curtain wall and opening vents

Sunfold sliding folding doors providing access to terrace balconies

External terrace balustrades

Internal curved balustrade within penthouse apartment

Feature facetted curtain wall rotunda forming the main hub of the penthouse apartment

Reception area stainless steel wall cladding around passenger lift

Entrance façade incorporating glazed door, external stainless steel cladding and discreet glass canopy
