Paul McCarthy (Managing Director)

Paul has been in charge of Saper Glass since the company was purchased in 1987. Despite being the managing director, Paul still remains very hands on and involved with the day to day running of the business.

Dave Watson (General Manager)

Dave joined the Saper Glass in 1996 following the acquisition of Anbarns Glass. In addition to his role as General Manager Dave also heads up the estimating team.

Gary Lugg (Senior Contracts Manager)

Gary is another long serving team member, who joined Saper Glass in 1988 as a glazier and came off the tools in to join the contract team in 1998, since then Gary has worked his way up through the ranks to head of the major projects team.

Steve Collins (Technical Sales Consultant)

Steve joined Saper Glass in 2001 after spending 10 years in the architectural ironmongery trade working for such companies as DORMA and GEZE. Steve looks after all aspects of the company's sales and marketing activities.

Danny Bridges (Glass Factory Manager)

Danny joined Saper Glass in 2002 and was promoted to works manager in 2007. Danny looks after supply only orders and deals with logistics, material procurement and the day to day running of the glass factory.

John Prior (Architectural Metalworks Manager)

John joined Saper Glass in 1999 and was promoted to works manager in 2004. John deals with logistics, material procurement and the day to day running of the metal shop.
