CANOPIES AND CEILINGS
Often seen as the focal point of a building, a structural glass canopy is both a practical item as well as an aesthetically pleasing feature. Saper Glass are can accommodate any design of canopy whether they are of a flat, faceted or curved construction. In addition to external applications, Saper Glass can also offer internal structurally glazed ceiling assemblies. Available either as a fully visible suspended structure, or flush mounted within a typical ceiling arrangement, a glass ceiling assembly can be used purely as a decorative feature, or be designed to work as part of the lighting arrangement.

GLASS SCREENS AND ASSEMBLIES
The art of structuralglazing is the creation of clean uninterrupted spans of glass using minimal metalwork with no external framing. Suitable for use in both internal and external applications, a structurally glazed assembly works equally well filling an atrium void as it does cladding the outside of a building. Saper Glass offer a complete range of structural glass systems which can be of single glazed, double glazed or
laminated glass construction. Our systems are not limited just to vertical applications and requirements for sloping screens and glass roofs can also be accommodated. To complete the package, Saper Glass also offer a wide range of framed or frameless glass door systems which in addition to manually operated doors also includes specialist automatic sliding door systems that can be mounted directly onto the glass
façade, and revolving door systems.
The pinnacle of revolving door design is the all glass system, where both door and drum are constructed frameless in glass. A revolving door is ideally suited to high traffic applications, and as it remains weather sealed during operation, it provides enhanced levels of draught proofing and noise reduction over both pivoting and sliding door systems.

BALUSTRADES AND FULL HEIGHT BARRIERS
A structural balustrade is designed to create a safe and effective barrier, whilst using the minimum amount of visible metalwork. Saper Glass offer a full range of balustrade styles, from glass in-fills fixed between structural supports, to free standing glass barriers where only the glass and hand rail are visible.
In addition to conventional balustrade applications, Saper also offer full height barriers that can be used to offer suitable protection in applications such as glazed walls and atrium screens.

FLOORING
Glass flooring can be used in numerous applications both internally and externally to create walkways, feature flooring, stair treads or recessed display cases. An area of glass flooring is created from individual glass floor tiles set within a load bearing lattice framework. The tiles are created from a thick laminate to both carry the weight and ensure panel integrity in the event of breakage. The glass can be left clear to allow a view through into an area below, however as a polished glass surface can be slippery, it is advisable to have a non slip surface such as a sandblasted or textured glass if the panels are intended to be walk on.
Sandblasted panels can also be backlit to create defused effect in-floor lighting.
