 Date: 05-02-10 Project : 45 Park Lane Saper Glass has secured an order to manufacture bespoke glazed doors and screens for the en-suite shower and toilet enclosures within the guest room at this brand new Dorchester group hotel. Due to open late 2010, 45 Park Lane is a 46 room luxury hotel, being designed with contemporary styling by world renowned architect and designer Tierry Despont. Saper Glass is proud to be playing a part in the construction of this prestigious new addition to the Dorchester Group. Date: 03-02-10 Project: Kent Schools Saper Glass have secured the internal glass and glazing works at St John’s Catholic School, Dartford and Northfleet College. These are some of the first education facilities that are being redeveloped for Kent County Council under the government funded building schools for the future scheme which sees existing school buildings replaced with brand new state of the art facilities. Our works consist of supplying and installing various types of performance glazing including fire rated and high performance acoustically rated product. Date: 28-01-10 Project: Four Seasons Hotel Saper Glass has secured the glass and mirror package within the guest bedrooms at the Four Seasons Hotel. This package has been secured in addition to previously secured works within the hotels newly constructed rooftop Spa facility. The hotel is currently undergoing a complete refit and is scheduled to re-open late 2010. Date: 18-01-10 Project: BBC Broadcasting House Saper Glass has secured the radio studios glass and glazing package within the redevelopment of Broadcasting house. Our works consist supplying and installing high performance acoustic rated glazing throughout the building in various applications including editing suites, broadcast studios and control rooms. This package has been secured in addition to works currently being undertaken on the project within the News 24 studios. Date: 07-12-09 Project: Bezier Apartments, London Saper Glass has secured the specialist glass works at the iconic Bezier Apartments. Bezier is a prestigious landmark development in City Road, London comprising of 200 apartments and ground floor retail space. Our works comprise of frameless sliding glass screens and partitions within individual apartments, and works within the building’s main reception including the main entrance facade, internal lobby screen and glass wall cladding. Date: 09-10-09 Project: Qasr Al Muwaiji in Abu Dhabi Saper Glass has secured the specialist glass works package at Qasr Al Muwaiji in Abu Dhabi. A former habitual residence of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan, the Al Muwaiji fort is currently being re-developed as a museum and welcome centre dedicated to HH Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan the ruler of Abu Dhabi and president of the UAE. The glass used on this project is very specialist utilising edge lit glass with highly detailed depth carved sandblasting, digital printed imagery and laminated glass with LED lights encapsulated within, all of which blend to simply stunning effect. Date: 08-09-09 Project: 1 Bartholomew Lane Saper Glass has secured the specialist glass package on the 1 Bartholomew Lane project. This is a new 10 storey building is being constructed behind a retained facade. Working direct for the main contractor in a design and build capacity, Saper Glass are manufacturing bespoke all glass balustrades and screens around the atria void and feature helical staircase, as well as glass cladding and feature glazing within the reception area and ground floor lift lobby. |
