Glass factory

Our Fully furnished glass processing facility is equipped with:

• Overhead crane and sucker units
• Fully automated glass cutting table, computer controlled with glass optimiser
• Laminated glass cutting table with heater bar
• Straight line edge polishers
• Precision drilling
• Waterjet Cutting Table
• CNC table
• Corner radius machine
• Washing machine

We carry a large stock holding of commonly used float glass, laminated glass and mirror, which is held in jumbo sheet form (6000mm x 3210mm) where available.

All processing machinery is run using recycled water which has a centrifuge decanter system install to clean and remove impurities.

Waste glass is recycled where possible and is collect by Saint Gobain under their cullet recycle scheme.

Non recyclable glass (wired and laminated) is disposed of using our specialist waste management company.
